Tamara Grossman focuses her practice exclusively on divorce and family law related matters including child support and alimony. She represents clients in Palm Beach and Broward counties. Ms. Grossman has been admitted to practice before all Florida state courts since 2012. Ms. Grossman is also a Florida Supreme Court Family Law certified mediator.
As an undergraduate, Ms. Grossman attended the University of Florida, where she majored in advertising and participated in mock trial competitions before receiving a Bachelor of Arts in advertising in 2009. She then left Gainesville and enrolled at New England Law located in Boston. While she was there, Ms. Grossman served as an executive editor of the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law and interned as a clerk for a Family Law Judge. It was there where she developed an interest in family law matters, assisting people who were going through a divorce or who had been the victims of domestic violence.
Most of Ms. Grossman’s current client base is comprised of people who are facing the end of their marriages. She explains to them how Florida state laws deal with such matters as child custody and visitation, the division of marital property, and spousal and child support, and she then often assists them in negotiating a comprehensive settlement agreement. In the event that talks have broken down and meditation has not produced a satisfactory result, she advocates for their interests before family court judges.
